Relaxation, Mindfulness & Meditation
This 4 week course will help reduce stress and help you to explore the mind body connection. You will be facilitated into what mindfulness practice is and be guided through a range of simple relaxation and meditation exercises which you can do anywhere, anytime. 

When you practice mindfulness, you consciously choose to be in the present moment. This is when we learn to explore the mind body connection and get to check in on how we perceive the world through our feelings, thoughts and our actions.

There are now dozens of studies worldwide which clearly show the physical and psychological health benefits stemming from practising meditation and mindfulness.

Time: 7-8pm

You will receive a handbook which contains all the learning material covered over the 4 sessions.
