During this hands-on workshop you’ll be guided, step by step on how to give a mini reflexology session to another person. You will learn about the effects of stress on the body and how positive touch will trigger the relaxation response, bringing about feel good responses. Reflexology isn’t just good for the recipient, but for the person giving it too.

Our cosy retreat style venue is the ideal setting for you to come and unwind and refuel enthusiasm for learning. This workshop is an ideal introduction to learning the art of reflexology. If you wish to extend your knowledge beyond the workshop and looking at becoming a Reflexologist, we offer the Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology.

A selection of nutritious vegan food will be available as an option. Otherwise you are welcome to bring your own lunch.
