In this workshop you’ll learn a complete massage sequence to the energy (sen) lines and points to the feet and lower legs. Sen lines are invisible channels located within the entire body.

The theory behind this ancient practice is by working on the lines we stimulate the internal organs and encourage a good free flow of this energy creating body-mind equilibrium. This form of foot massage has been practised for thousands of years and originated in India as part of the Ayurvedic medical system.

All tuition is carried out in small groups of up to 4 therapists.
